VHZ Dynasty Wealth Dispatch "Give Back" Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase the chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of Arkansas who are 18 years or older.

ORGANIZATION REQUIREMENTS: Nominated organizations must be based in Arkansas, be independent (non-school), and maintain a functional website.

PROMOTION PERIOD: Nominations begin on 2nd Sunday of  Month and ends the 3rd Saturday of the following month. Example March 8th, 2026, and end at 11:59 PM CST on April 18th, 2026.

HOW TO ENTER: Participants must complete the official online nomination form provided in the VHZ Dynasty Wealth Dispatch newsletter link.

UNIQUE NOMINATIONS: Limit one (1) nomination per person. Any attempt by an individual to submit more than one nomination  will result in only the first nomination being counted. All subsequent entries from that individual will be disqualified.

PRIZE: One (1) donation of $250.00 will be awarded directly to the winning organization. No cash or prize substitution is permitted for the individual nominator.

WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be the eligible organization with the highest number of unique nominations. 

TIE BREAKER (RUN-OFF): In the event of a tie for the most nominations, Veteran Hub Zone will announce a Run-off Election date. During the Run-off, the community will be invited to vote again specifically between the tied organizations to determine the final winner.

ANNOUNCEMENT & AWARDING: The winner will be announced on the 4th Sunday of the 2nd month example  April 26th, 2026. Per Arkansas Code § 4-102-106, the prize will be awarded by within 30 days of the contest end date Example May 17th, 2026.

FTC DISCLOSURE: Participants using social media to promote their nomination must include #Sweepstakes or #Contest.
